Glow furniture is available for delivery in Sydney and Melbourne. We provide a delivery service to homes, function centres, hotels, offices, trade shows and anywhere else you need it delivered to. A delivery fee applies to all deliveries. We do not offer a pick up service as we follow strict delivery procedures to ensure the equipment stays in premium condition and doesn’t get damaged in transit.
Delivery is based on the amount of items required, distance, ease of access, whether there is stairs, elevators or long walks to reach the event space, access times for drop off and collection. It is best to call or email us for a quote, with a brief description of access and times available for delivery.
We deliver all items in a neat pile in one location. Extra charges may apply if:
- You wish for your furniture to be taken beyond the ground level of a building
- Your event space is more than 30m from where our vehicle can pull up (e.g in a shopping centre which is 100m away from the loading dock)
- If your furniture needs to go upstairs or a steep decent
- If you require a drop-off or pick up outside the hours of 8am-4pm. (e.g night pick up, early morning delivery)
- If you require a specific delivery time and cannot accept the delivery between the hours of 8am-4pm with a 3 hour access time window. Drivers call 30 mins prior to let you know they are on the way.
- If this information is not told to us at the time of booking, the logistics team may refuse to deliver the equipment or an extra delivery charge may be incurred.
